Notes

Here are the technical specifications that the logic here follows:

 

State A - If no Affirmed Meal Counts exist for that record and there is no draft data

  • [Both Buttons] = No Icon; filled-in Green button; no counts displayed

State B

  • No Affirmed Meal Counts exist

  • Draft count Exists

  • Where Meals Available = Leftovers

    • Where Leftover formula is = (Received Meals+Leftovers from Previous Day) - (First Meals+Second Meals+Adult Program+Adult Non-Program+Incomplete+Waste))

  • [Receive Button] is displayed as a “hollow,” outlined button and a count of ‘Available’ meals is displayed

  • [Serve Button] No Icon; filled-in Green button; no counts displayed

 

State C

  • No Affirmed Meal Counts exist

  • Draft count Exists

  • Where Meals Available > Leftovers

  • [Receive Button] is displayed as hollow and a count of 'Available' meals is displayed

  • [Serve Button] is displayed as hollow and a count of 'Served' meals is displayed

    • Serve Button now shows a hollow circle with ellipse (…) icon

State D

  • If at least 1 Affirmed Meal Counts exist for that meal service

  • And if there is no draft data

  • [Receive Button] is displayed as hollow and a count of 'Available' meals is displayed

  • [Serve Button] is displayed as hollow and a count of 'Served' meals is displayed

    • Serve Button now shows a filled-in circle with a checkmark (✓) icon

 

State E

  • If at least 1 Affirmed Meal Counts exist for that meal service

  • And if draft data also exists

  • [Receive Button] is displayed as hollow and a count of 'Available' meals is displayed

  • [Serve Button] is displayed as hollow and a count of 'Served' meals is displayed

    • Serve Button now shows a hollow circle surrounding a smaller filled-in circle with a checkmark ((✓)) icon
